Monthly review and updates share the 1-hour allowance. Unused time doesn't roll over. Requests are handled during agreed working hours.

No online payment is taken here. Scope, start date and cancellation terms are agreed before the plan starts.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages, content and functionality you need. We'll agree a quote and scope before starting. Domain, hosting and ongoing support costs will be explained separately where applicable.
Is the monthly plan a pay-monthly website build?
No. The £79 monthly plan looks after a site that has already been built. A new website is quoted separately. We agree the scope and any platform costs before starting.
What if I need more than an hour of work?
We’ll discuss the request and quote any additional work before doing it. You can also ask about a larger care allowance if you need regular extra support.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes, subject to its platform and the access available. We'll review it first and explain whether editing it or rebuilding would be the better approach.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
We can build sensible search foundations, including useful content, clear page titles and a mobile-friendly layout. Rankings depend on competition and many other factors; we don't guarantee a position.
Do I need my own pictures and wording?
If you already have them, great. If you need help shaping your content, we'll include that in the discussion and agree what is covered before work starts.
